Airport
Denver International Airport (DEN) is 20-25 miles -- about 30 minutes from the meeting hotels and the Denver Botanic Gardens.
Public Transport: Take the A Line, which is Denver’s airport rail line, to travel between Denver International Airport (DEN) and downtown Denver for $10 each way. The ride covers approximately 23 miles and takes around 37 minutes. It conveniently connects DEN to Denver Union Station, which serves as a transportation hub for local and regional services.
Meeting Location
The symposium will convene each day at the Denver Botanic Gardens (Sturm Family Auditorium in the Freyer Newman Center). Denver Botanic Gardens land acknowledgement.
Transportation
Registration does not include transportation from your lodging to/from the symposium site daily. Please plan accordingly. Cars can be parked for free in the visitor parking structure at Denver Botanic Gardens.
Buses will be provided for the Chatfield Farms and NLGRP off-site events and will depart from Denver Botanic Gardens Bonfils-Stanton Visitor Center at 1007 York Street. If you also register for the Wildland Gathering on Sept. 16, buses will be provided, and will depart from Denver Botanic Gardens Bonfils-Stanton Visitor Center at 1007 York Street.
Meals
Registration includes coffee, lunch, and dinner on Sept. 17 and 18, and coffee and lunch on Sept. 19. Breakfast is not included with registration. If you also register for the Wildland Gathering on Sept. 16, lunch will be provided.
