Support the U.S. Botanic Garden Through the National Fund

Founded in 1991 to fund and build the National Garden, the National Fund for the United States Botanic Garden has members throughout the United States. The National Fund now supports the USBG’s educational activities, including the National Garden Fellowship, an annual program that promotes “green” gardening practices through education and outreach.

The U.S. Botanic Garden and the National Fund for the USBG jointly sponsor our public programs. The National Fund administers registration fees, which allow us to bring you a range of educational programs as well as outstanding instructors and lecturers.

A non-profit, tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization, the National Fund  was established by Public Law 100-458.
